Lodging

Lodging options at Covewood include housekeeping cottages in a variety of sizes, and apartments and rooms in the Main Lodge. All cottages and apartments have fully equipped kitchens, including microwaves, toasters, and coffee makers. Covewood does not serve any meals. Click here to see a list of area restaurants.

All cottages are fully heated and firewood is supplied. Guests must supply sheets, towels, pillowcases, and dish towels.

Covewood is a non-smoking facility, and does not allow pets.

Reservations

Please call or email us to enquire about specific availability. Our summer season is crowded with our many regular guests, who have the right of first refusal to their cottage and time slot. If you are interested in a summer stay, please call us in January or February. The more flexibility you have in terms of date the better!

We begin booking fall reservations during the summer.

Deposits

Once you make your reservation, we ask that you send an advance deposit of 25% of the rental. Upon receiving your check we will return a note confirming your dates and cottage. All deposits are refundable if the cancellation is received at least three weeks before the reservation date. Refunds for cancellations after that will be based on the successful rental of the space.

Methods of Payment

Covewood is pleased to accept personal checks, traveler's checks, or cash. We do not accept credit cards for deposits or final payment.
