Hill features an open living room and eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bath with combination bath/shower. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are combined into a single "great room," attractively appointed with natural knotty pine paneling. One bedroom has two twin beds, while the other has a queen and a twin. One of the sofas in the living room is a queen convertible. Hill also has a screened-in porch.
